MEMBERSHIP IN ROCKWOOD COUNTRY CLUB, INC.
If you are interested in becoming a member in Rockwood Country Club, Inc., (RCC), please print
and complete the Application for Membership. Once you have completed the
Application, send it, along with a copy of your recorded Warranty Deed, as this identifies the
property you purchased in Rockwood Estates, and your $50 check to RCC, P.O. Box 352,
Minocqua, WI 54548. We are asking for a copy of your recorded Warranty Deed because only
those that own real estate within Rockwood Estates can become a member in our organization.
Additionally, if you are interested in obtaining a key to RCC’s boat launch area, please print and
complete the Application to Use RCC Boat Launch Site. Please review this document
carefully before you sign it as this is the current policy that has been established by the RCC
Board and as a member you are expected to abide by all of its terms and conditions. The Board
has also set a limit of 100 to the number of keys it is issuing at this time. If you are interested in
obtaining a key to the launch, please complete the application form and send it to RCC, P.O.
Box 352, Minocqua, WI 54548. We are not asking that you pay the $50 refundable key deposit
at this time. If there is a key available, you will be contacted and then you will need to pay the
refundable key deposit. If there is no key available, your name will be put on a waiting list, along
with the date your application was sent to RCC.
RCC also leases its piers from May 1 – October 1 each year; all of our piers have been leased in
the past 6 - 7 years. If you have an interest in leasing a RCC pier in the future, please check that
statement on your completed Application for Membership and your name will be placed on our
waiting list for leasing piers.
